Employment: (Acting for employers & employees) dealing with Disability Discrimination / Sexual Orientation Discrimination / Harassment, Age Discrimination / Unfair Dismissal & Wages Claim, Constructive Dismissal.

Health Care Regulation (Fitness To Practice Proceedings - FTP): Acting for numerous registrants facing FTP proceedings before the GMC & NMC. Thomas regularly represents Doctors & Nurses at IOP's, also practitioners of both occupational groups. Dealing with many types of allegations such as: Disclose Criminal Convictions / Cautions / Committing Acts of Pecuniary or Clinical (Record Keeping) Dishonesty / Inappropriate Sexual Relationships / Academic Fraud and whose Clinical practice has been allegedly deficient.

Licensing Law: Representing clients in cases for (alcohol / private hire) before local authorities and on appeal to the Magistrates' Court.
