Latest News - Immigration Appeals

The cost of bringing an appeal is set to rocket from 10 October 2016.. 1) Application to the FTT for an oral hearing will rise from £140 to £800, 2) Decision on the papers the appeal fees will increase from £80 to £490. 3) Fee of £455 for an application to the FTT for permission to appeal to the UT 4) Fee of £350 to renew an application to the UT for permission to appeal 5) Appeal fee in the UT itself of £510.
